Product Overview

The agricultural irrigation centrifugal filter is a highly efficient water – filtering equipment, mainly used to remove suspended particles such as sand and silt in irrigation water. It is suitable for surface water and well – water irrigation systems with high sand content, and is a basic equipment for modern high – efficiency agriculture.

Working Principle

When the irrigation water flow enters the conical filter cavity tangentially, it forms a high – speed swirling flow under the working pressure of 0.2 – 0.6MPa. Impurities with higher density are thrown to the cavity wall under the action of centrifugal force and finally settle into the dirt collection tank, while the clean water flows out from the water outlet.

  • High – efficiency Filtration: It can effectively separate impurities with a particle size of more than 75 microns in water, and the sand removal efficiency is >90%.

Application Scenarios

It is widely used in the irrigation of various crops such as vegetables, fruit trees, greenhouses, flowers, tea gardens, green spaces and field crops. It can also be used in municipal garden irrigation, industrial water cycle filtration and other scenarios.

Selection and Installation Points

  • Selection: First, detect the sand content of the water source, then calculate the peak flow of the system (according to the demand of the largest irrigation area×1.2 safety factor), and finally determine the appropriate model and installation position. It is recommended to install it at the beginning of the main pipeline after the pump.
  • Installation: It is often combined with a secondary filter (such as a screen/laminated filter) to form a “coarse – filter + fine – filter” system. The installation sequence is water source→water pump→centrifugal filter→screen/laminated filter→fertilization system→field pipeline network.
