Product Introduction
The agricultural water-saving irrigation disc filter is a core device to ensure the efficient operation of the irrigation system. Structural Design
- It adopts a modular design, and the filter units can be flexibly combined according to the flow demand, which is suitable for different irrigation scales.
- The main body is made of anti – ultraviolet aging engineering plastic or corrosion – resistant stainless steel, and the internal discs are made of food – grade PP or reinforced nylon, which is non – toxic, harmless and durable.
Filtration Principle and Back – Flushing Mechanism
- The filtering core is composed of multiple layers of discs. The grooves on the surface of the discs cross to form a filtering channel, and the filtration accuracy can reach 50 – 200 microns. When the water flows through the disc group, the impurities are intercepted, and the purified water flows into the irrigation pipeline.
- When the impurities accumulate and cause the pressure difference to increase, the back – flushing can be started manually or automatically. During back flushing, the water flow is reversed, the discs are loosened, and the impurities are discharged. The single back flushing only takes 30 – 60 seconds, with less water consumption. And partial units can be flushed without affecting the system operation.

Installation and Usage Precautions
- Pay attention to the water flow direction during installation and install it according to the arrow indication.
- Wrap teflon tape at the connection to prevent water leakage.
- The water pump pressure should not be too high during the test – run to avoid damaging the filter.
- Regularly clean the filter discs, and combine automatic back – flushing with manual cleaning to ensure the filtration effect.
